Lt. Col Andrew Parry – Director
Lt Col Parry was commissioned from Sandhurst into the Royal Pioneer Corps in 1989. His early regimental service was spent in the UK, Germany, Northern Ireland, Gibraltar, and the Gulf where he commanded the War Graves platoon with 4 Armoured Brigade on Op GRANBY. Having already completed a tour in Bosnia (IFOR) as 2IC 518 Pioneer Squadron he returned there with 4 GS Regt RLC as Operations Officer (SFOR). Lt Col Parry’s next Regimental appointment saw him deploy from Gutersloh to Iraq on Op Telic 1 as a Squadron Commander with 2 CS Regt RLC having joined the Regiment in the Oman on Ex SAIF SARREA 2. From this appointment he commenced the Army Command and Staff Course in 2003. He commanded 168 Pioneer Regiment from April 2011to November 2013, including Op TOSCA, Op ESCALIN, Op LUMINOUS and the eventual disbandment of the Regiment in October 2013.

As well as founding the Trades Brigade Will is also a Management and Systems Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in the design, integration, optimisation and implementation of processes for blue chip organisations. These also include tax efficient supply chain solutions as well as organisation redesign. Clients have included Vodafone, Tate & Lyle, Arriva Group plc, BAE Systems, Transport for London.
